1. Services described

Site Camellia Path provides educational training in multi-timeframe chart alignment and related trade planning practices. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, fund management, or guaranteed trading outcomes. All market examples in our materials are illustrative.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least eighteen years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you are responsible for your own trading decisions and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Bookings and payment

Workshop seats are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit stated on the pricing page or booking confirmation. Remaining balances are due by the date specified in your confirmation email. Corporate engagements require a signed scope letter and invoice terms agreed separately.

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update published rates for future cohorts; confirmed bookings honour the price at time of deposit.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides, worksheets, and website content are owned by Site Camellia Path Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly distribute our curriculum without written permission.

You retain ownership of your own journal entries and chart markups created during sessions.

5. Conduct during sessions

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, harasses others, or solicits trade signals without refund if removal occurs due to the participant's conduct.

6. Website use

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with site security, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent your affiliation with Site Camellia Path.

7. Disclaimers

Training content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not warrant that any method will produce profits or avoid losses. Past examples in case studies describe habits and process, not performance promises.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Site Camellia Path Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in training, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session shall not exceed the fees you paid for that specific session.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
