Refund Policy

This policy applies to training programmes booked with Site Camellia Path Co., Ltd., including classroom workshops, private coaching, and corporate desk training. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

1. Workshop cancellations by participant

Multi-Timeframe Alignment Intensive and Foundation Chart Reading:

• Cancel fourteen or more days before start date: full refund of fees paid, or transfer to a later cohort within twelve months at no charge.
• Cancel seven to thirteen days before start date: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future cohort within twelve months.
• Cancel fewer than seven days before start date: no refund; credit may be offered at our discretion if a waitlisted participant fills your seat.

Deposits of ฿5,000 for intensive seats are refundable under the same windows as the full fee.

2. Private coaching

• Reschedule with at least forty-eight hours' notice: no fee.
• Cancel with at least forty-eight hours' notice: full refund for a single session; package sessions revert to pay-as-you-go deduction for used sessions.
• Cancel with less than forty-eight hours' notice or no-show: session fee forfeited.

3. Corporate desk training

Cancellation terms are stated in your signed scope letter. Typically, cancellation more than twenty-one days before the on-site date receives a full refund of prepaid fees minus any workbook printing costs already incurred. Later cancellations may forfeit up to fifty percent to cover facilitator scheduling.

4. Cancellations by Site Camellia Path

If we cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice. We are not liable for travel costs you may have incurred, but we will notify you as early as possible.

5. Non-refundable items

• Workbook printing and materials costs already produced for corporate clients after workbook approval
• Sessions marked as no-show under section 2
• Fees for coaching time already delivered

Foundation Chart Reading credit toward the intensive (฿2,000) is non-transferable to third parties and expires six months after foundation attendance.

6. Refund process

Email hello@sitecamelliapath.click with your booking reference, session name, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method used for booking. Bank transfers within Thailand may take an additional two to five business days to appear.

7. Rescheduling

One free transfer to a later cohort is included for intensive cancellations made within the fourteen-day full-refund window if you prefer credit over cash refund. Additional transfers are subject to seat availability.

8. Work already started

If you leave a multi-day workshop after day one begins, partial refunds are not available. You may receive digital copies of materials for the remaining day at instructor discretion.

9. Disputes

If disputes arise, contact us first at hello@sitecamelliapath.click or 02-437-5186. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
