Alignment Lab

A preview of the markup method taught in our Bangkok classroom — the same sequence used in the Multi-Timeframe Alignment Intensive before any live order discussion begins.

Hand-marked candlestick chart with grid lines and margin notes

One instrument, three panels

Every alignment exercise starts with a single symbol you already follow. Split your worksheet into daily (top), four-hour (middle), and one-hour (bottom). Transfer levels downward — never copy an entry line upward to justify bias.

Pine ink marks structure; copper ink marks conflict zones and liquidity pools. The colour code survives black-and-white photocopies, which matters when you archive sheets in a ring binder.

Six-step lab sequence

Complete these steps in order during the twenty-five to forty minutes before your session open.

  1. Write the header five lines — instrument, session window, nearby news flag, max daily risk, one-sentence daily bias.
  2. Mark daily structure — swing highs and lows, gap edges, and bias arrow. No indicators beyond optional volume.
  3. Transfer to four-hour — carry levels forward; circle zones where four-hour candles compress under daily resistance.
  4. Label conflict or agreement — one sentence in the margin. If conflict exists, pick scout size or stand aside before step five.
  5. Fill one-hour triggers only in agreement zones — entry band, invalidation, and first target. Leave blank elsewhere.
  6. Photograph or scan the sheet — archive before the market moves. Your journal entry references this file, not memory.

Upcoming open review evenings

First Thursday of each month, 18:30–20:00 at our Khlong San room. Alumni and prospective participants bring one marked sheet for group critique. Free; registration required for seating.

Date Topic focus Seats

Materials we provide in workshops

  • Pre-printed three-panel workbook (A4, grid-backed)
  • Dual-colour markup pens (pine and copper)
  • Reference card for swing labels and conflict responses
  • Historical chart packets for day-two replay exercises

Remote participants in coaching sessions receive PDF workbook pages but are encouraged to print at fixed scale for markup drills.
