Case: Family office prep week
Corporate Desk Training · Two-day on-site · Q4 2025
A five-person family office team in Sathorn traded overlapping equity and FX books without a shared markup standard. Junior analysts entered on one-hour breakouts while the senior partner still referenced weekly levels verbally — nothing written.
Site Camellia Path ran a discovery call, reviewed ten anonymised trade plans, and delivered a two-day on-site programme using the office's instrument list. Day one standardised daily and four-hour labelling language. Day two each analyst presented a live alignment sheet for critique.
Three weeks later the office reported morning meetings shortened because conflict zones were pre-marked on a shared board. One analyst noted the training did not fix their broker's chart lag — a fair limitation outside our scope.
